Features

RYUDO — a trading journal and a trader's workspace

A trade journal, analytics, risk, a day planner, a news calendar, investment tracking, a mindset journal and an AI assistant — in one product. This page lays out everything inside it in plain text: what each section does and what each plan includes.

Who it's for

For traders who want the truth about their trading: where they make money, where they lose it and which mistakes keep repeating. It works for forex, metals, indices, crypto and the stock market; for intraday and medium-term trading; for a live account, a prop firm challenge and backtesting. Investors keep their portfolio in the same product, separate from their trading.

RYUDO runs in the browser on desktop and phone, in Russian and English.

Trade journal (trading diary)

The trade, its screenshots and its review go into one form — and the review of the day puts itself together while you fill it in.

  • Trade details: instrument, direction, session, entry and exit time, volume, entry, stop, take profit, planned and actual R:R, result in money and in R, entry model and tags. There is no limit on the number of trades on any plan.
  • Screenshots by timeframe: context (HTF), structure (MTF) and entry (LTF) are attached to the trade.
  • Review and reflection: whether you followed the plan, which entry model you traded, mistakes, entry confirmations, trade management, emotions at entry and exit; repeated mistakes are highlighted (“Greed · 3×”). The review saves automatically.
  • Entry models — built-in and your own; built-in review templates. Your own templates and the library of discipline reviews come with Plus.
  • Backtesting (Plus): test trades are marked separately and get their own analytics — your planned R:R and how well you stick to it — without mixing them with live trading.
  • A trade card to share: R and the result, plus discipline marks.
  • Data export and backup — on every plan.

Analytics and trade calendar

Statistics are calculated from the journal on their own — no formulas, no spreadsheets.

  • Trade calendar: every day is a card with its result and win rate; click or tap it to open the full review of that day.
  • Period totals: net result, number of trades, win rate, winning and losing days, best and worst day, average active day.
  • Equity curve, cumulative result, P&L, win rate, profit factor, average R.
  • Breakdowns (Pro): by instrument and pair, by trading session (Asia, London, New York), live trading versus backtest. A breakdown in the red turns into a rule in your trading plan.
  • Periods: 1 and 3 months (Free), up to 6 months (Plus), 12 months and all time (Pro).

Brokers, exchanges and trade import

You don't have to type trades in by hand.

  • Import trades from a broker or exchange export file.
  • Connected venues: trades arrive in the journal on their own — among them T-Investments (Tinkoff), Finam, Interactive Brokers, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and MetaTrader 4/5 (through a bridge Expert Advisor). Demo accounts and history from before you connect are unlimited.
  • Connected accounts: Free — 1 (up to 15 trades a month), Plus — up to 3, Pro — up to 10.
  • Keys are accepted read-only: RYUDO rejects keys with withdrawal rights. Keys are stored encrypted, each connection has its own encryption key, and that key is destroyed when you disconnect.

Risk calculator

Position size is worked out before the entry, not after it.

  • Enter your account balance, risk in percent, entry, stop and take profit — the calculator gives you the lot size, the risk in money, the profit at take profit and the R:R.
  • Daily risk monitor: a daily loss limit, a trade count and a trading pause — on every plan.

Planner

Year, month, week and day — one planner with the same tasks in every view. Daily tasks are on every plan; the week, recurring tasks, routines and workload come with Plus.

  • A task in one phrase: “English every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm for an hour” — the repeat, time and duration are worked out for you. Voice works too.
  • Drag with the mouse or a finger: move a block to another hour or day; overlaps are labeled right on the block.
  • Daily workload: see how much of each day is booked and where a day goes over your norm (Plus).
  • Recurring tasks, routines and a weekly plan (Plus); repeat until a date or a set number of times.
  • Eisenhower matrix (Plus): you mark the importance, and urgency is worked out from the task's due date.
  • Life balance analysis (Plus): how your time is split across the areas of your life.
  • Meetings with a location, checklists, descriptions, task search.
  • Reminders and alarms on your phone; a calendar subscription (.ics) for Google, Apple and other calendars.

Day overview

Your whole day on one screen.

  • Day timeline: busy and free time in one strip, with overlaps labeled.
  • Tasks by area of life, the week, activity over the month, hours spent on market analysis.
  • Your portfolio and the next economic events alongside.
  • Quick questions about your own records and voice input — on every plan; full answers from the assistant — from Plus.

News calendar

A high-impact (red) release won't catch you off guard. The event calendar and how your assets react come with Plus.

  • Economic calendar with filters by impact (high, medium, low) and by currency; the next event comes with a countdown.
  • Linked to the journal: your results on news days versus quiet days.
  • “Market today” — a daily market brief (Plus); news of the day on the securities in your portfolio (Pro).

Investments

Your capital, tracked separately from trading: quotes update and the portfolio recalculates itself.

  • Assets: stocks, funds and bonds (search covers every Moscow Exchange security), crypto, precious metals, currencies; several accounts and brokers.
  • Positions, transactions and results: portfolio value, amount invested, total return, asset allocation and weights — on every plan.
  • Dividends and coupons: a payout calendar, accrued coupon interest, tax and the net amount you receive.
  • Transaction log: buys, sells, deposits, withdrawals, dividends, fees — and a monthly plan built from your transactions.
  • Cash flows and TWR / XIRR returns (Pro).
  • Target weights, “where to put the next money”, compound-growth scenarios and a contribution plan (Pro).
  • Holdings limit: Free — 5, Plus — 15, Pro — 40.

Mindset and discipline

Trading psychology is data too.

  • Emotions and checklists for each trade — on every plan.
  • The full Mindset page (Plus): your state, discipline, streaks of following the plan.
  • Detailed mindset statistics (Pro): how your state affects your results.

RYUDO AI

The assistant reads your journal and plan and answers from them, citing the source. AI starts with Plus: each plan has a daily allowance of AI points (Plus — 150 a day, Pro — 250).

  • Question → insight → action: where a mistake keeps repeating, which setup and session combinations work, how this week differs from the last.
  • AI trade review and edits to your trading plan that you apply with one tap.
  • AI summaries for a week and a month (Plus), for 3–12 months (Pro).
  • Voice and text; add tasks to your plan in one phrase.
  • The assistant gives no trading signals and does not make up anything that is not in your records.

Phone and notifications

  • Every section works on the phone — with its own layout made for fingers, not a shrunken copy of the desktop screen.
  • RYUDO installs on your phone's home screen as an app.
  • Task reminders and alarms reach your phone, including those set on the computer.
  • Built-in tutorial: short videos for every section.

Data and security

  • Your data is on all your devices; changes made on one device reach the others.
  • Sign-in with a password, with Google, and with two-step verification (a code from an authenticator app).
  • Passwords are stored only as a strong hash; the product does not accept or store full bank card numbers or CVC codes.
  • You can delete your account and all of your data.

Frequently asked questions

What is RYUDO?

RYUDO is a trading journal (a trader's diary) and a workspace built around it: trade analytics, a risk calculator, a day planner, a news calendar, investment tracking, a mindset journal and an AI assistant that answers from your own records.

Which markets is RYUDO for?

Forex, metals, indices, crypto and the stock market. You can log a trade on any instrument; investments are tracked separately from trading — stocks, funds, bonds, crypto and metals.

Why is a RYUDO journal better than an Excel spreadsheet?

The trade, its screenshots and its review go into one form, and the statistics, trade calendar and equity curve are calculated for you; Pro adds breakdowns by instrument and trading session. Mistakes that keep repeating show up without any hand-written formulas.

Can I connect my broker or exchange?

Yes. You can upload trades from a file or connect a venue — among them T-Investments (Tinkoff), Finam, Interactive Brokers, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and MetaTrader 4/5. Keys are accepted read-only: RYUDO does not accept keys with withdrawal rights.

Is RYUDO available on the phone?

Yes. Every section works in the phone's browser, and you can install RYUDO on your home screen as an app — with reminders and notifications.

How much does RYUDO cost?

The journal core is free forever (Free). Plus is $29.99 a month and Pro is $49.99 a month when billed monthly; yearly billing is 17% cheaper.

Does the AI give trading signals?

No. The RYUDO assistant analyzes your journal and plan: where a mistake keeps repeating, how this week differs from the last, which rule to add to your plan. It gives no trading signals and does not make up anything that is not in your records.

Can I keep a backtest?

Yes, from Plus. Test trades are marked separately and get their own analytics: your planned R:R and how well you stick to it — without mixing them with live trading.
